Clients are provided with weekly training videos throughout the entire 90-day Challenge. The vast majority are approximately 20 minutes in duration and are designed to support you and your body as you move through key stages including emotional eating, sugar, dairy, grains, deep spring, food seasons and living Wildfit your way. You'll have lifetime access to this content which is very convenient for referring back to things later down the track.
COACHING
Various Wildfit Food Freedom Challenge coaching packages are available depending on the level of support you require including Video Content only, Content + 3 coaching sessions with David, Content + 6 sessions, Content + 13 and Content + 26.
Coaching is via Zoom or over the telephone and is available on a 1-on-1 basis or in groups. 1-on-1 sessions last up to 30 minutes and group sessions last up to 1 hour depending on the group size.
FOOD GUIDELINES
As you progress through the Wildfit Food Freedom Challenge you'll be asked to take a break from certain things. Play full out for maximum results and be rest assured that you'll be provided with weekly food guidelines to help you organise your meals.
RECIPES

You'll have lifetime access to this content which is very convenient for referring back to things later down the track. COACHING – If you’re confident that you do not need any additional support then the video content will arrive in your inbox on a weekly basis. Simply watch each one and implement the instructions accordingly. However, if you need an accountability coach to help keep you on track, provide support and encouragement, answer your questions and provide recipes and tips then several packages are available including blocks of 3, 6, 13 or 26 sessions. Coaching is via Zoom and is available on a 1-on-1 basis or in groups. 1-on-1 sessions last up to 30 minutes and group sessions last up to 1 hour depending on the group size.
