What's Included In The 10X Program?

WORKOUTS

10X consists of 5 core routines, each of which takes no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Once you've mastered the method, it's highly likely you'll be done in less than ten.  10X coaching packages start from single sessions all the way up to a structured 3-month Program involving up to 36 workouts. 

COACHING

Whether face-to-face or online, at the gym or from the comfort of your own home. Wherever you are in the world, rest assured you're in safe hands. 10X is highly sustainable and you'll be taught how to maintain it long after you've completed the Program.

BODY COMPOSITION

Optional but highly recommended, a body scan in your own local area (at the beginning and end of the Program) is a crucial step in understanding changes to your body fat, muscle and weight.

ENERGY BALANCE

To optimise the quality of your workouts (your outputs), it's important to review what you're eating (your inputs). For clients investing in a 3-month Program, I'll teach you how to monitor your food intake so that you're consuming the appropriate amount of carbs, protein and fat to suit your goals and personal preferences.

TRACKING

You'll be provided with, and taught how to use, the 10X Tracking Tool - a simple-to-use system to help you monitor your progress. Clients undertaking a 3-month Program are also supplied with their own personal Body Report which documents their results.

WORKOUTS - The first thing to establish is whether you’re going to work out from home or at the gym. If you’re training from home, you’ll need the right equipment which includes dumbbells (either adjustable or a range of pre-set weights), a workout bench, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, a foam roller, a stopwatch and a recording device (a smartphone is suffice). Whether from home or at the gym I’ll need you to record between 1 and 5 of your workouts (depending on which package you invest in) and send me the video for analysis so that I can assess your technique and provide feedback accordingly. You may require a small tripod to hold your recording device so that you’re able to train hands-free. Alternatively, you can ask someone to record for you. Establishing the correct technique and adherence to the 10X standard is an important step in the coaching process. MONITORING - Each client will be provided with and taught how to use their own copy of the simple-to-use 10X Tracking Tool. Your workout results are recorded in this Tracker. As your Coach, I also have visibility of your Tracker. I will monitor each of your performances and set your weight/load for each exercise of your following workout. BODY COMPOSITION – If you want to understand the changes to your body fat, muscle and weight (highly recommended for 3-month coaching programs), then I will help you identify a suitable place in your local area to have a body scan. You’ll need to book your own appointment and pay for the service directly with the provider. I’ll need you to email me the results for analysis which will be recorded in your 10X Tracking Tool. ENERGY BALANCE - For clients investing in a 3-month Program, I'll teach you how to monitor your food intake so that you're consuming the appropriate amount of carbs, protein and fat to suit your goals and personal preferences. To establish a good representation of your diet, the monitoring period will be 5 days. You’ll need a set of food scales and/or the use of an App such as My Fitness Pal or Cronometer. All 10X 3-month Programs begin after completion of the onboarding phase which may or may not include any of the following; client purchase of equipment (if training at home), client gym enrolment (if training at the gym), body scan (client’s choice). Single session only bookings can commence subject to client/coach availability.
